Tasting Notes by Shinya Uchida

Color: shiny gold color like honey
Aroma: medium body
Has a strong fruity flavor like peach, apricot, or pear, but the malt can be felt after a while
Flavor: feels like wood, has a slight grassy-smell, and gives a sense of oak deep inside
Lingering flavor: Elaborate flavor of yeast remains
General comment: The aroma is wonderful. “Twice Up” (whisky with water without ice) is recommended.
